What Is....

IZSETUP.DLL

Does anyone know what this file is? Do I need it?

Everytime I turn my computer on I get a message that "Explorer has caused an error in IZSETUP.DLL. Explorer will now close."

This is just one of the error messages I've been getting for the last 3 weeks.

WTF?

No, I Haven't Abandoned My Blog.....

Yet. Ever since I last posted my computer has been screwed up.

I suspect something malicious got into my computer and files are missing, pop-up ads keep popping up and I wasn't even able to get on the internet. I may have to have a pro look at it and fix-it or save the legitimate software and files, format my hard drive, upgrade to Windows XP and reinstall the software/restore the files. With the approaching holidays I don't know when I can afford to have this done. So until then I won't be posting much......

Show & Tell.....

11/1 - Work 2nd job in the morning. Work 1st job in the afternoon. After work gas up the car, check mail at the PO and get groceries at Safeway. Friend from Honolulu calls. He has MS and is pretty much confined to bed. Wish there was something I could do for him (cook, clean).

11/2 - No need to vote. Already voted absentee ballot. Son's program closed today so we head to the laundromat early. Walk over to the post office to check mail while the clothes are in the washers. Head back to the laundromat and put the clothes in the dryers. Hang out until done. Unload the dryers and head home to get ready for the beach. Head for Salt Pond. While there someone brings their pet pig to the beach. Takes pig swimming. Has races on the beach with pig. I snap a couple pictures. Will post them when film developed. After beach get a Happy Meal at McDonald's in Eleele for my son. Head to glass beach to park & eat. Head home. Try to avoid election coverage on tv. Go to bed not knowing who got elected.

11/3 - Hear on news Bush is president for 4 more. Feel bummed. Work. Afterwards head to WalMart.

11/4 - Stop at bankmachine to get $ for a snack for my son at bowling practice. Work. After work check mail at PO then head to Longs & Safeway.

11/5 - Work 1st job in the morning. Work 2nd job in the afternoon. Afterwards check mail at PO and stop at Big Save for milk & bananas. Heard thunder this morning and it's rainy heavy off & on all day.

11/6 - Make pancakes for breakfast. Use last of Golden Griddle syrup. Must search internet for source to purchase syrup. No longer available at stores here. Try for beach but get rained out. Hit McDonald's drive-up window for Happy Meal for son. Cool toy - Mr. Incredible. Weather sucks today. Should have made plans to go see The Incredibles.

11/7 - Make poppy seed muffins for breakfast. Head for Lydgate beach park. Weather today incredibly sunny. Son goes swimming in lagoon. See boss & her sister at beach. Chat briefly. Watch tourists boogie boarding. Head home. Kinda clean out car. Shower & eat. Read New York Times online and discover Paul Reubens is releasing Pee Wee's Playhouse on DVD. Go to amazon.com and purchase both sets for son for Christmas (wow - super saver shipping is free!). Loan neighbor jumper cables so friend can start car. Bake chocolate chip cookies. Discover my oven runs hot and end up with little black sambo model cookies. Eat way too many of them. Decide I like eating the cookie dough better.

Excuse Me, I Have To Go Shave My Legs, They Itch.....

I, for one, will be the happiest person on earth when all this election crap is over. Sometimes I wish we could go back to the time when you had to buy the newspaper the next morning or listen to the radio to find out who won the election.

Has your phone been ringing off the hook with election pitches? Mine has and I haven't been answering it but they leave a message which I immediately erase.

All this election analysis is bullshit. I can see that I'll be channel surfing tonight in an attempt to find anything non election related to watch. Sure, I care about who wins but I don't need to know what % of a city on the east coast is comprised of ethnically. I couldn't give a rip.

So, as I said above, excuse me, i have to go shave my legs, they itch..........
